This agreement becomes effective on the date you first access Supawag or sign up for our services.
3. Subscription and Access
Supawag is a service that provides a digital clinical profile for your dog, AI-powered nutritional scanning and recommendations, visual health tracking through photos, and a social pet network for sharing walking routes, dog park information, and local alerts. Your subscription or access grants you use of Supawag’s features, subject to your plan’s usage limits. Supawag reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.
4. Refund Policy
Supawag subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All sales are final. Once a subscription is activated or a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of usage.
5. Disclaimer
Supawag is provided "as is". While we strive to deliver high-quality tools for pet health, nutrition, and health tracking, we do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations, be error-free, or produce specific results. There are no warranties—express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
Supawag shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. In any case, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current service period.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you input into Supawag (including your dog's profile, health information, photos, and community content) and how you use the AI recommendations, health insights, and other services provided. You must ensure legal compliance and accuracy of the information you manage within the app.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
Using Supawag does not establish any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and the creators of Supawag.
